Scan COVID QR code or use SIGN-IN BOOK
To all our Members, As part of our release from COVID lockdown, the City of Whitehorse Council has organised a unique QR code placed at both, Jolimont and Slater, front gates. We are required to scan this code every time we enter the Jolimont or Slater gardens.
For those who do not have a phone that supports QR code scanning, or just do not have a mobile phone, we have organised an exercise book for signing in. At Jolimont, the book is kept in a large plastic container along with a pen/pencil and hand sanitiser/soap where the mulch is kept, near the gate entrance.
A reminder that this has been put in place for the safety of all our members. If a member is unfortunate enough to contract Covid then other members who have been at the gardens at the same time can be notified, and can therefore seek help.
Please help us maintain a Covid-free environment by using the QR code or the exercise book. We do not need to wear a mask (as we are outside) unless we cannot social distance from other members, however if you would like to continue to wear a mask, that is perfectly fine to do so.
Continue to keep the gates locked at all times: when entering or leaving the gardens.
Thank you to, and from, everyone.
