- 4-5 heads and stems of broccoli (roughly chopped)
- 2 large leeks (roughly sliced)
- 3 large potatoes (peeled and roughly chopped)
- 3 chicken stock cubes
- Pinch of cumin and nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cream (to serve)
- Add all ingredients except cream into a large saucepan.
- Just cover with boiling water and simmer until tender.
- Blend and serve the broccoli soup with a swirl of cream.
