MARCH WORKING BEE

***********************************************************************

JOLIMONT WORKING BEE SATURDAY 15TH MARCH 2025: 9AM – 12NOON

***********************************************************************

Join us on Saturday 15th March 2025 from 9am for a working bee at Jolimont garden plots. Morning tea will be provided for all your hard work.

The working bee at the garden is necessary to undertake jobs at the garden that are not specific to individual plots but more for the general maintenance of the Jolimont garden. Jobs may include mowing the grass, removing grass on the fence lines, cleaning the gutters, clearing areas under fruit trees etc.

It’s a big job so the more hands the merrier ……

If you are unable to attend the working bee please advise the NCG by email to info@ncg.org.au. Or you may ask a friend or other family members to help you. Or you can request a job to do in your own time.

It is a requirement, as a member of the Nunawading Community Gardens, to spend at least 4 hours a year on general maintenance during working bees, or on alternate tasks as directed by the NCG Committee.

Come share and enjoy time with your fellow members – it is amazing how fast 3 hours passes when you’re having fun.

Please note: when you arrive for the working please sign in first and get an allocated job for the morning from a Committee member. You wouldn’t want all that hard work to go unnoticed.
