We are all in battle with oxalis.
A thermos of boiling water can be very handy. The hot water will definitely kill oxalis. Pour the hot water briefly, hoping the worms will move and later pour a larger amount.

If you are concern about the affects of hot water on the microbes and any living creatures in the soil, Spring is the best time to dig out the oxalis.
