Use these pretty flower ice blocks in your summer drinks or use them the way you would normally use ice blocks.

• half fill ice block containers with water
• float a flower in each cube (check with mum or dad that they are edible)
• freeze
• when frozen top up with water and freeze again

Suggested flowers:

• roses petals
• miniature roses
• borage flowers
• nasturtiums
• scotch marigolds
• violets
• pansies
• lavender
• and of course any fruit you like
