NCG RENEWAL PAYMENTS by 31st AUGUST 2021
Reminder that your Renewal of Membership Payments are due by the 31st August 2021.
For members who may not have received the renewal notice or the letter that accompanied the renewal form requesting additional information for audit with renewal payment, the following is a copy.
The Nunawading Community Gardens Inc financial year runs from 1st September till the 31st August.
The renewal form for existing plot holders and those on the waiting list is provided (see below ‘RENEWAL NOTICE’).
We are doing an audit of residence of members this year, to make sure all members are still residents of Whitehorse. For your membership to be renewed, please provide a photocopy of your drivers license, rates bill, utility bill or similar, which shows your name and residential address.
This proof needs to be sent to the NCG email id (email@example.com), or postal addresses along with your plot number.
For those members paying electronically please ensure your plot number and surname are provided in your reference.
Renewal of membership this year requires both proof of residence and fee payment to be complete.
